Avocados are usually a staple in any keto-er’s life. Add some egg salad on top of that and you have a lunch that is sure to not disappoint. Store in air-tight containers or plastic bags with a bit of lemon, and your avocado will be as fresh as the day you cut it open.

Not Your Cavemans Chili
Typical chili with beans will range in the 30g carbs or higher scene. Being that we’re on keto, we just can’t afford to have beans in our chili. This made from scratch version will really show your family’s chili-heads who’s actually winning.
Low Carb Key Lime Cheesecakes
When I took a trip down to Key West, I knew I had to recreate the delicious cheesecake that almost every store serves. The sweet and partially sour cream cheese will make the perfect accompaniment to the rich macadamia nut crust.

Keto Chocolate Chunk Cookies
Cookies are something that we’ve loved since we were children. Serve with a glass of coconut or almond milk and you have yourself the perfect memory filled dessert.

Similar to a fat bomb, these squares are packed full of nutrition. Using chia seeds as the base, an almost chewy, brownie type consistency comes to mind when you take a bite. Almond butter and nutritious chia seeds roll over your taste buds as you enjoy this treat.
Keto Snickerdoodle Cookies
When I was in school, I’d always sell out of snickerdoodle cookies. The first time I tasted one, I knew that they were one of my favorites. So, I tried my best to recreate these bad boys and I think I did the trick. Substitute 1 tsp. molasses into the recipe for extra brown sugar flavor.
Layered Fried Queso Blanco
Cheese is one of my favorite foods, and if you follow this site then you know that already. Fried cheese on its own is fantastic, but in this recipe we really take it to a new level. Each layer of cheese is golden brown to perfection and wrapped among itself.

Cheesy Bacon Bombs

Keto Broccoli Cheddar Biscuits
Biscuits aren’t much of a staple in keto, but when you add broccoli for texture and bake these guys up, they’re absolutely divine. A reminiscence of your favorite restaurant’s biscuits mixed with an awesome keto twist. They’re just really good.
Flavored Keto Cheese Chips
Chips are the center of attention at most parties and these will give you a break from the carbs. Spice them up with the seasoning of your choice to make the perfect pairing to your favorite dip. Everyone will be reaching for more!
Keto Au Gratin Brussels Sprouts

Crispy Keto Cauliflower Cakes
When you think about most keto foods, you always find a lack in crunchiness. Give these cauliflower cakes a try and you’ll see that you don’t have to give up all the textures you once loved. Absolutely fantastic crispy cauliflower cakes will hold on to any seasoning you put on them.

Cheesy Creamed Spinach
Gone are the days of flavorless creamed spinach. We bring this old-time dish into the modern world by adding our own keto spin on it. Packed full of fats and flavor, this one will surely be the first item down on each plate. It’s great!
Roasted Pecan Green Beans
If you’ve never had the opportunity of eating vegetables with some kind of nut, then you’ve been missing out. These green beans are filled with texture from start to finish, and roasted in the oven to really take the flavor over the top.
Low Carb Cauliflower Fried Rice
As many of you know, Chinese takeout was one of my favorite things to order pre-keto. Now, we can have our fried rice, in the form of cauliflower! If you think it’s crazy, you’re wrong – it’s super tasty, easy and really brings those Asian flavors to life.
Bacon and Roasted Garlic Spinach Dip
This is a dip that fast became a favorite in my house. Pair it up with some chia crackers or cheese chips and you really have a Super Bowl party that’s fully keto. You can even toss this on top of vegetables or serve with pork rinds to make a quick and easy party snack.
Strawberry Chia Seed Jam
Thought you wouldn’t be able to have your favorite fruit spread since starting keto? Think again! Using chia seeds as our jam base, we’re able to create extremely spreadable fruit in the form of an exquisite keto condiment.
Simple, Delicious Guacamole
Guacamole is one of my favorite things to eat, and it goes even better when you have something to spread it on. Take your taste buds to a new place and make some of this delicious Guac. Paired with onion, cilantro and jalapeno, this guacamole isn’t playing any games.
Thick and Sticky Maple Syrup
If you’re not a fan of the sugar-free maple syrups in the store that are full of high GI sugar alcohols, then worry no more. Make your own at home in a fraction of the time that it’d take you to buy. Plus, it’s super tasty and doesn’t raise blood sugar!
Spicy and Tangy BBQ Sauce
BBQ sauce is fantastic on just about any meat. But, if you look at the nutrition labels of this stuff in the store, you almost always see sugar being the number one ingredient. Skip the store-bought stuff and make your own for a wildly distinctive sauce to smother on just about anything.
Roasted Garlic Chipotle Aioli
If you’re a fan of roasted garlic, then this aioli will make your day. Packed full of that delicious garlic flavor and subtly blended together with a mayonnaise base. Something that pretty much any vegetable will taste better with.
