Keto Sub Sandwich Casserole

Keto Sub Sandwich Casserole

This restaurant copycat recipe takes inspiration from sub-style sandwiches to create a hot and cheesy casserole. I’m using ham and Swiss cheese, but you can use any combination of meat and cheese that you like to create your own special versions! Salami and mozzarella, or turkey and provolone would be great too. Serve this up on some lettuce for that true restaurant-style experience.

This was very good and light. There was no specific size to the dish to make it in so I tried to gauge it be the photo with the cheese slices. This is a great and versatile recipe as you can switch up or add ingredients to suit your tastes or just make it different each time you prepare it. My husband loved it, too. Thanks for this recipe!! https://uploads.disquscdn.c

  2. One quick question– the ‘Italian dressing’ ingredient….. is that intended to be a prepared (liquid) Italian dressing? Or a dry Italian dressing seasoning mix? Thanks!

    • I saw your e-mail saying to ignore this but I wanted to answer here as well just in case anyone else has the same question. It’s using liquid (pre-made) Italian dressing.

      • Thanks! I made this recipe today (and honestly, I’m having it for lunch as I type this!). It’s really good– and SO quick and easy to make. Thank you for another great recipe! (And your responsiveness is fabulous and much appreciated!!!)

I’m going to make this but plan to eat it with some shredded iceburg lettuce.
