Bread is one of most widely consumed foods in westernized societies. In the United States, it is the second most commonly eaten food, following closely behind grain-based desserts.
This data is not surprising when you consider how many popular food items come with bread. From delicious foods that use bread as an edible food delivery mechanism like sandwiches and hamburgers to the meals that are served with a side of bread like soups, salads, and pasta — it is almost astonishing that we don’t eat more bread every day.
Nonetheless, this abundance of bread is one of the main culprits of the current obesity epidemic in westernized societies, but bread itself is not the cause of the problem. Instead, it is what we use to make the bread that is the primary issue.
Bread is often made with highly processed carb-dense ingredients and served with other calorie-rich foods that are far from healthy for us, but it doesn’t have to be this way. Alternatively, we can use low-carb flours and other healthy ingredients to make keto-friendly bread and bread products that boost our health and make us feel fuller longer so that we can finally eat less and look and feel better than before.
This is why we put together this list of the ten best keto bread recipes. With these low-carb bread recipes, you will be able to satisfy your craving for bread while it helps you meet your health and weight loss goals at the same time.

Below, you’ll find a list of each individual bread and some information behind the health benefits of the recipe.
Keto Bread Loaves
Imagine if bread could fill you up and heal your gut at the same time while being completely keto-friendly? This is what you will get with this low-carb bread recipe.
Instead of all purpose flour or any other grain-based flour, you’ll be using fiber-rich coconut flour and flaxseed meal to make your very own keto bread. Each slice will have 8 grams of fiber that will feed the good bacteria in your gut and bolster gut health. As a result, your immune system, cognitive function, and emotional well-being will all be enhanced as well.
The fiber from this keto bread will also help you normalize bowel movements, decrease blood sugar levels, lower bad cholesterol levels, and increase your feeling of fullness after the meal.
In other words, this keto bread is exactly what you need to ensure optimal health, especially if you are struggling to get enough fiber on the low-carb ketogenic diet. So, next time you want to have a sandwich or a side of bread, skip the wheat bread and have this coconut flour and flax-based bread instead.
Low Carb Flax Bread
This is one of my go-to recipes when it comes to low carb bread because it can be modified to fit any taste. You want sweet? Add some sugar-free syrup. Want savory? Add some nuts, herbs, or spinach. You can practically make any alteration to the bread to suit your needs, depending on what you are going to be using it for.
This keto-friendly bread also has a bit more fiber and much more protein than the first bread on our top ten list, making it the ideal bread for helping you meet your protein and fiber needs.
The egg whites and soy protein isolate will provide you with all the amino acids your body needs to build bones, connective tissue, and muscle, as well as other amino acids that will help support the billions of metabolic processes that are going on throughout your body in every moment to keep you alive.
On the top of the benefits of protein, the flaxseeds in this keto bread recipe have many health benefits as well. For example, they contain alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), a plant-based omega-3 fatty acid that has been proven to possess heart health benefits and decrease the risk of stroke. Flaxseeds are also one of the most abundant sources of plant compounds called lignans. Lignans have been found to reduce the risk of cancers like breast cancer and prostate cancer.
Altogether, you can’t go wrong with this keto bread. Just make sure to eat it in moderation because it is easy to exceed your protein needs and decrease your ketone levels by indulging in a couple of slices of this bread.
Low Carb Focaccia Bread
There’s something about focaccia bread that takes every sandwich to the next level. Its unique flavor and crispy, yet chewy texture are unmatched by the average loaf of bread — and you may find the low carb focaccia bread to be even better.
Although this bread will be a bit denser than normal focaccia, it mimics the texture and flavor pretty well. The eggs in the recipe are what really help turn these dense low-carb ingredients into a fluffy keto-friendly bread.
They also will provide you with an excellent source of vitamins B12, B5, B2, and A, healthy fats, complete protein, eye-protecting antioxidants, and choline (a lesser-known nutrient that helps support cognitive function).
To further enhance the flavor and health benefits, this recipe uses virgin olive oil as well. Virgin olive oil contains numerous health promoting compounds. One of the most studied compounds found in the oil is a phenolic compound called oleocanthal. Multiple studies have found that oleocanthal possesses similar anti-inflammatory properties to ibuprofen, which makes virgin olive oil a great addition to the diet to help reduce acute and chronic inflammation.
Overall, when you combine the olive oil, eggs, and other keto-friendly ingredients to make this low-carb focaccia bread, you will be left with a flavorful bun for your sandwiches and burgers that will support your health and weight loss goals.
Lemon & Rosemary Low Carb Shortbread
Think of this keto bread as a mildly sweet snack or dessert. When you put each shortbread in your mouth, you’ll get a hit of refreshing lemon flavor with hints of salt and waves of rosemary that create a uniquely flavorful experience.
After tantalizing your taste buds, the lemon and rosemary will go to work within your body, helping improve your health in a variety of ways. For example, the vitamin C, β-carotene, flavonoids, limonoids, folic acid, and dietary fiber from the lemon juice and lemon zest will help fight disease and inflammation, reducing your risk of degenerative diseases.
Meanwhile, the rosemary will improve your cognitive function and reduce inflammation with its potent antioxidant capacity.
You may not be familiar with the combination of lemon and rosemary yet, but you will definitely enjoy these keto shortbreads. The sweet, tart, and savory flavors will blend together wonderfully, while the lemon and rosemary provide you with the added bonus of health enhancement.
Keto Pumpkin Bread Loaf
Toasted pumpkin bread with cream cheese is one of my favorite guilty pleasures during the autumn months. Now, with this keto recipe, I can satisfy my craving without any of the guilt.
Not only does the pumpkin give this bread a beautiful orange hue, but it provides you with a great source of Vitamin A and many other eye, skin, and lung protecting carotenoids as well. The coconut milk used in this keto recipe will give you some energy-boosting saturated fats called medium chain triglycerides, and the almond flour will help you meet your fiber, protein, and mineral needs for the day.
When this pumpkin loaf is fresh out of the oven, have a slice with a dollop of cream cheese and sprinkle of cinnamon for some extra fats, flavor, and health-promoting antioxidants.
Keto Zucchini Bread with Walnuts
If you want a subtly sweet bread that is packed with nuts, then this keto bread will be your go-to recipe. Have it with butter, cream cheese, or nothing at all, and it will satisfy your sweet tooth while providing you with the health benefits of zucchini at the same time.
One of best things about zucchini is that it contains lutein and zeaxanthin, which are essential in maintaining eye health, as they may reduce your risk of macular degeneration and cataracts.
Zucchini is also an excellent source of potassium, an important mineral that plays a vital role in cardiovascular health because of its vasodilating properties. In other words, potassium helps your blood vessels relax to allow blood to flow more freely. As a result, it helps reduce your risk of cardiovascular diseases, such as stroke and hypertension.
With this keto zucchini bread, you will reap the benefits of walnuts as well — an antioxidant-filled nut that has been found to be one of the best foods for protecting us against metabolic syndrome, cardiovascular problems, and type 2 diabetes.
In general, it is crucial that we get more nuts and vegetables in our diet, especially while we are on the ketogenic diet. This keto bread recipe gives us the perfect excuse to get more of these health-promoting foods into our diet without having to put up with unsatisfying tastes and textures.
Low Carb Microwave Hamburger Bun
Need something quick? Don’t want to make a whole loaf just to have a bun for your burger or sandwich? Make some of these hamburger buns instead. They will be the perfect option for when you need keto bread in less than 5 minutes.
They also give you an easy way of getting some essential nutrients from eggs and almond flour and plenty of fiber from the psyllium husk powder. From the chicken broth, you will get vital minerals and health-promoting amino acids that you typically won’t get enough of when you only eat meat, veggies, and dairy products.
The butter will take the health benefits even further by providing you with healthy fats and fat-soluble vitamins (like vitamin K2) that are essential for preventing various diseases.
It is important to know, however, that these buns will not be as tasty or healthy as the other keto bread recipes on this list. Regardless, they are still a much healthier and more convenient option than traditional bread products and store-bought buns.
Bacon Breakfast Bagels
Is it possible to make a bagel — one of the most carb-loaded bread products — keto-friendly? Yes, and they are delectable just like a traditional bagel. In fact, I think they taste even better than the original.
The reason why I enjoy these keto bagels more than the traditional carb-filled bagel is because they have cheese in them — not on the bagel, but in the bagel dough itself. The cheese provides some extra flavor to the bagel that regular bagels would never be able to emulate. Plus, the extra cheese makes the bagel much healthier as well.
The cream cheese and mozzarella cheese used in these keto bagels contain plenty of conjugated linoleic acid (CLA). CLA is a type of fatty acid that appears to have several health benefits, including increased weight loss. Furthermore, cheese also provides us with vital minerals like calcium, zinc, and selenium, and vitamins B2, B12, A, and K2. Each one of these micronutrients is essential for maintaining the healthy function of the cells throughout our bodies. Without consuming them in adequate amounts, we would become vulnerable to chronic disease and sickness.
By replacing the carb-dense flour with cheese, you can make bagels into a health food that is still super delicious. Next time you have a day off, make a bunch of these so that you can pop them in the toaster oven any time you need a quick breakfast, lunch, or snack.
Keto Breadsticks
Sometimes you just want bread with your meal, and the best way to fulfill that craving is with a breadstick — a keto breadstick.
The best part about keto breadsticks is that they come in three different varieties, each with unique flavors and health promoting ingredients. The first keto breadstick flavor is “Italian style.” The Italian style breadstick brings you a combination of dried basil, oregano, rosemary, and thyme with their intense flavors and even more potent health benefits.
Just by consuming these herbs you will give your immune system a boost, improve your mood, and enhance your cognitive function. That’s right — you can get all of that with each bite of your keto breadstick.
However, if you would rather have something a little more cheesy instead, then use the ingredients for the Extra Cheesy keto breadsticks instead. Not only will you get the health benefits of the extra cheese, but you will also give your body a good dose of allicin — a plant compound that is found in garlic powder and onion powder. Studies have found that allicin can helps decrease the risk of heart disease and boost brain healing from traumatic injury.
Not in the mood for something savory or cheesy? How about something sweet and delicious instead? Try out the third keto breadstick variety, Cinnamon sugar. Don’t worry, you will not be consuming any sugar. With this recipe, you will be using calorie-free swerve sweetener, butter, and cinnamon, which will come together to create a delicious sugar-free alternative to cinnamon sugar that will help lower your blood sugar levels.
Whether you want them Italian style, extra cheesy, or with cinnamon sugar, this keto breadstick recipe turns a guilty pleasure into a healthy treat that you can have before, during, or after your main meal. You can also dip them in keto-friendly dips, dressings, and sauces if you need to eat more fat to meet your daily macros.
Jalapeno Cornbread Mini Loaves
You can’t go wrong when you have some cornbread on the side with a hearty, meaty meal. But cornbread is so sugary and starchy that it is less keto-friendly than a slice of bread, so what can you do if you are on the ketogenic diet and want cornbread?
Get some sweet corn extract and follow this recipe. All you’ll need is many of the same healthy ingredients that we’ve already talked about like butter, almond flour, flaxseed meal, and eggs. However, the secret ingredient that takes these keto cornbread mini loaves to another level is jalapenos. They give these mini loaves an extra kick for your taste buds and your well being.
Capsaicin, one of the compounds responsible for the spicy flavor of jalapenos, has been found to improve our health in many ways. The current research on capsaicin suggests that it enhances cardiovascular health significantly, increases metabolic rate, and improves body composition. So, if you like spicy food, then you are in luck — especially when you eat this keto cornbread.
How To Meet Your Macros with These Low-Carb Bread Recipes
Depending on how much weight you want to lose or gain, your daily macronutrient needs will change. Because of this, you will have to alter the amount of keto bread that you can eat so that you will get the results that you want. To find out how much you need to eat based on your specific goals, we suggest using our keto calculator.
Once you know how much you need to eat, you will be able to figure out how you can fit these ten low carb bread recipes into your diet. Personally, I find that it is best to look at keto bread as a way to get extra protein, fiber, and fats into your diet. They are perfect delivery mechanisms for healthy fats and protein as well.
For example, here are some ways to use these bread recipes to meet your fat needs for the day:
- Add high-fat dairy like butter, cream cheese, or mascarpone cheese on top of your favorite keto bread
- Have some high-fat meat like pepperoni or bacon with the more savory keto or less tasty bread.
- Crush up some high-fat nuts like macadamias or cashews and add them to the keto pumpkin bread or low-carb zucchini bread batter.
- Mash up some avocado, mix it with garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and spread it on one of the savory keto or less tasty keto bread.
- Have your favorite keto bread with one of our keto-friendly dips, sauces, or dressings. Click here to find one that will go with the bread you have in mind.
If you are looking to add more fat and protein to your bread, then you can:
- Melt some higher protein cheeses like mozzarella, cheddar, or parmesan cheese on top of the more savory or less tasty keto bread.
- Make a sandwich using any of your favorite meats, cheese, and low-carb vegetables (like the Baked Brie Juicy Lucy or the Bacon, Avocado, and Chicken Sandwich).
- Spread some natural peanut butter or almond butter on your favorite keto bread.
- Add some crushed up high-protein nuts like pistachios or almonds to the keto pumpkin bread or low-carb zucchini bread.
- Turn the keto pumpkin bread or zucchini bread into keto-friendly french toast.
Keto-Friendly Ready-Made Bread
There are a couple of companies that make low-carb bread and other bread products. Here are the ones that are most widely available:
- Julian Bakery Paleo Bread. Julian Bakery makes loaves of bread that are made out of coconut flour or both coconut flour and almond flour. Both varieties have 1 gram of net carbs per slice and are paleo friendly and gluten free. You can usually find Julian Bakery Paleo Bread at your local health food store or if you can’t find it there, just order it from their website.
- Great Low Carb Bread Company Plain Bread. Great Low Carb Bread Company makes their plain bread loaf from a handful of wheat-based ingredients, so it mimics the texture of wheat flour-based bread a bit better than other keto-friendly bread options. Each slice has 1 gram of net carbs. However, it should be avoided if you are gluten intolerant in any way. You can order it from Amazon by clicking this link.
- ThinSlim Foods Love-The-Taste Plain Bread. ThinSlim Foods makes a plain bread loaf with similar ingredients as Great Low Carb Bread Company’s plain bread loaf. Each slice has 1 gram of net carbs. However, you should avoid it if you are gluten intolerant in any way. You can order it from Amazon by clicking this link.
Low-Carb Sandwich Bread Alternatives
When you don’t have any low-carb bread available at all, try using some of these leftover vegetables.
- Zucchini. If you like the crisp freshness of zucchini, then turn it into a zucchini boat. A zucchini boat is like a healthier, keto-friendly version of an open-faced sandwich. Simply scoop out most of the contents of the zucchini and fill it with your favorite savory ingredients. Need some ideas? Try out our Broccoli Chicken Zucchini Boats or our Sausage Zucchini Boats. You can even make two of them and turn it into a sub sandwich. If you do this, however, make sure you have extra napkins handy — it will get messy.
- Cucumber. Simply use the same methods as you would to make a zucchini boat or zucchini sandwich. Just use a large cucumber instead. You can also make mini sandwiches or crackers out of them by cutting them crosswise rather than lengthwise.
- Pickles. Like cucumbers, but with a unique sour taste. Just scoop out the seeds and load it with your favorite ingredients. You can also turn them into little pickle sandwich crackers as well.
- Eggplant. Many eggplants are big enough that you can cut them crosswise and end up with a slice the size of a bread bun. Grill them or bake them and make a sandwich or open-faced sandwich out of them with your favorite keto ingredients. However, keep in mind that the eggplant will be tender after you cook it so it won’t hold up as well as the other bread alternatives.
Keto-Friendly Wraps, Tortillas, and Pitas
Due to how thin wraps, tortillas, and pitas are, it is much easier to find keto-friendly alternatives or make your own.
Here are some of your best options:
- Keto-friendly Ready-made wraps. There are many companies that make coconut-based wraps. I recommend NUCO’s coconut wraps as they only have 4 grams of net carbs per wrap. You can order them from Amazon by clicking here.
- Low-carb pita bread. Joseph’s makes the low-carb pita bread that is featured in our Thin Crust Healthy Pizza recipe. With only four grams of net carbs in each pita, they make the perfect keto-friendly pizza crust, taco shell, or wrap. You can order them from Amazon by clicking here.
- Keto-friendly tortillas. Although you can use the coconut-based keto wraps as tortillas, there are a couple of low-carb products that are made specially to emulate tortillas. The one with the lowest carb count is Mama Lupe’s Low Carb Tortillas (with only 3 grams of net carbs in every tortilla). You can order them from Amazon by clicking here.
- Sushi Nori Wraps. If you like sushi, then you’ll love using nori as a keto-friendly wrap. When you add moist ingredients to it, the nori will transform from a brittle chip to a durable, pliable wrap. What’s even better is that nori wraps have no net carbs at all and only come with ten calories per sheet. Plus, they are easy to find in the grocery store, and you can even get them shipped directly to your house (just search for Nori Wraps on Amazon).
- Vegetable wraps. Don’t throw out those leftover leafy greens, use them like a taco shell or wrap instead. Some vegetables that make good vegetable wraps are collard greens, butter lettuce, cabbage leaves, swiss chard, and Lacinato kale. These veggies will also provide you with one of the best ways to get more fiber, mineral, vitamins, and antioxidants into your keto diet. Some of our favorite vegetable wrapped recipes are Low Carb Corned Beef Cabbage Rolls, Spicy Pulled Pork Lettuce Wraps, and Vegetarian Greek Collard Wraps. Feel free to use whatever leafy vegetables you’d like with these keto recipes.
- Egg-based wraps. These take a bit of preparation, but they are absolutely delicious with the right ingredients. My favorite egg-based wrap recipes are the Ultimate Breakfast Roll Ups and the Spinach, Herb & Feta Wrap. Both of them come packed with unique flavors and keto-friendly ingredients that make for the perfect high-protein, high-fat breakfast.
Putting it All Together — The Best Keto Bread Recipes
Bread is the perfect complement to every meal, and with these keto bread recipes, it can be the perfect complement for your health as well. When you replace the usual high-carb processed ingredients with whole food keto-friendly ingredients you can make bread that doesn’t spike your blood sugar, cause you to overeat, or provoke digestive issues.
In fact, keto bread will do just the opposite of conventional bread products by helping you improve your body composition, decrease your blood sugar and cholesterol levels, and heal your digestive system. Who knew that we could turn such a guilty pleasure into a guilt-free, health-promoting dietary staple?

This recipe sounds perfect, and I actually have all the ingredients already (minus the extract)! I can’t wait to pair this with some chicken thighs and green beans!
Would love to get some advice/guidance on what I can use instead of Stevia. I am affected by any artificial sweetener including Stevia. I have only been able to use Agave at times but not all recipes take that type of substitute . thanks
I think the link for Amoretti sweet corn extract is actually going to another product.
Oh man, I want to try this, minus the extract.. so expensive!
I think it would still be pretty good! 🙂
Thank you for telling me! I fixed it. 🙂
The easiest way without adding additional carbs would be to just make this without sweetener. You can add in some more flavor with something like crumbled bacon, or maybe a few tablespoons of cream cheese.
Looks delish! Thanks for your hard work in creating this recipie.much appreciated.
The protein per serving is wrong – think it should be 12.something, instead of 22.
Oh come on, its $35.00 a bottle for that sweet corn flavoring!! NOT happening! I wish people putting recipes together would realize we’re not all rich and use just BASIC ingredients that we don’t have to special order and pay through the nose for! Shouldnt have even included it in this recipe in my opinion, because typically, the recipes will NOT taste the same without the exact same ingredients shown in recipe, and then we’ve wasted our time AND money to make something we probably won’t enjoy.
Hi Linda, we have over 400 recipes on this site including many other bread type recipes. Many of them do not have special ingredients, or only special ingredients that are standard to most keto kitchens. Sometimes we like to post things that are fun for people who miss something they used to eat and those recipes may have more unusual ingredients.
This particular extract is also available direct from manufacturer for $17.99 (without free 2-day shipping.)
Nature’s flavors also makes a sweet corn flavor for $12.00 that may be similar but we haven’t tested it yet.
Our corndog muffins recipe uses no extract:
https://www.ruled.me/keto-c…
You may also like to try making loaves with that version. (Similar to this recipe but with some additions.)
Ok, thanks Laura for the response. I just followed your link on the recipe which took me to the Amazon page showing the extract priced at $35.00/bottle, way beyond what I would ever spend. Yes, you do have lots of other great recipes on your site as well which I appreciate, just wanted to throw out my “two cents” on this particular one. It does sound delish though!! Keep up the good work!
Linda, I made it without the extract and it was great! Making again this weekend. It’s a pretty good substitute for cornbread – you’ll like it!
You’re right – should be 11.2! Looks like I accidentally type a 4 instead of an 8 when dividing. Thank you!
Hi Laura, my extract just arrived! I’m brain storming on other ways to use it in. Do you have any other recipes that call for sweet corn extract? I’m thinking mock corn chowder (cauliflower, scant mirepoix, red bell), mock corn pudding (cauliflower, cottage cheese, egg), protein ice cream…
New to Keto and LOVING your recipes! Thanks for your efforts and info!!
Hi Mel! I think this is the first recipe using this extract but there are some other recipes we have that might go really well with it.
Like these corn dog muffins:
https://www.ruled.me/keto-c…
Or these grits could probably taste like a good polenta:
https://www.ruled.me/roaste…
There’s also these tortillas:
https://www.ruled.me/low-ca…
Not sure how corn will go with those yet but if it made them taste more like corn tortillas I would be so excited.
I love your ideas to make chowder and pudding!
I intend to make this recipe. I don’t want to use almond flour. I want to use coconut flour and wonder how I make the substitution, especially in light of the fact that coconut flour is more absorbable. Should I decrease coconut flour or increase fluid?
I would increase both sour cream and butter, though I’m not sure exact amount needed.
thank you, I’ll try that & report back
I made them today. I doubled the sour cream & butter. They turned out good! But, I didn’t spoon them into the pans, I rolled balls and stuffed them in! They are solid, but tasty. Next time I think I’ll decrease the coconut flour by 1/3. They really are tasty with the sweet corn extract, but I agree with whoever said they’re good without it! It’s nice to have a “bread” with dinner!
Hi Mel! I think this is the first recipe using this extract but there are some other recipes we have that might go really well with it.

I love your ideas to make chowder and pudding!
I don’t like “sweet” cornbread. Would it be ok to omit the sweeteners altogether?
Sure!
I’m so glad it turned out well for you Donna!
I tried these the other night. It’s getting comfort food season and was craving something to go with the cauliflower/kale soup. They where so good! Even though mine where a little spongy because I had to sub the sour cream for mayonaise. I also didn’t have any liquid sweetener. I just melted some granular stevia in with melted butter. Gonna try this one again. Think this will be a go-to this weekend. Oh! And I bought the extract, yes it is expensive, but I think it’s worth it if you can afford to get it.
I’m so glad to hear that you liked it!
Just want to say that I made this exactly as the recipe is stated (including the extract) and it is DELICIOUS! We pop these in the microwave in the morning, slice it up, and add a little butter for a convenient and tasty breakfast! Thank you guys for all that you do. You make it so easy to be on keto.
Thank you so much! I’m glad you are enjoying it. 🙂
I have made this recipe a couple of times and we really like it. I’ve made it with and without the sweet corn extract. Both ways are delicious.
How would this recipe work to put the dough into a larger pan instead of individual mini loaf pans? Would I just increase the cook time if I put it into a 9 X 9 pan?
I think it will increase the bake time, but I’m not sure how much. I would bake for half an hour then see how done it is, then increase time from there as needed.
Shouldn’t fat per serving be 26.78g? Noticed it when I was recalculating the recipe without the cheese, jalapeno and corn extract.
Yes! Thank you, I probably calculated it with 2 per serving at first then forgot to change one of them >_<
I’m struggling to find whole flax seed, would it make a significant difference to use ground flax seed? Super new to this and never heard of a lot of these ingredients so I hope this isn’t a silly question :)) tried one recipe so far though and it was AMAZING!!!
This calls for flax seed meal. You can substitute ground flax seed with no issues!
Great recipes, but I can’t Pin any of them to Pinterest. I’ve been trying on and off for a couple of weeks.
We’ve had the issue for a while now and finally nailed down the problem. We’re working to fix it and it should be fixed by tomorrow 🙂
I can’t imagine how delicious these are with the extract because they are AMAZING without. And a fix for a comfort food craving. I did 12 muffins with the instructed time and temp and they came out perfect. Thank you for the recipe! https://uploads.disquscdn.c…
is there a conversion for the liquid stevia or whatever? that stuff is nasty to me and havent liked anything ive made when cooking with it. I would prefer to use erythritol??
Yes, you can find it here: https://www.ruled.me/compre…
Thanks. Tried this, followed all directions and the inside was raw. Obviously couldn’t bring myself to try them. If anyone else makes these USE CUPCAKE LINERS. No matter how much you grease or butter, they stick horrible. Digging one out is how I figured out they were raw. I don’t suggest this recipe at all.
Every keto biscuit recipe I have tried has reminded me of the texture of a corn muffin. So I was anxious to try this. A—MAZING! And, yes I did get the Amoretti in order to follow this recipe exactly! Can’t wait to have one again for breakfast tomorrow morning!
So glad you finally found a keto biscuit you love! Thanks for the feedback 🙂
I made these for Thanksgiving and they are DIVINE!!! I love the flaxseed meal, it adds a nice texture and flavor to the recipe. I made smaller muffin sized cornbread and saved some to make a few waffles. I used the waffles for grilled turkey and provolone sandwiches from the Thanksgiving leftovers. Amazing!!! Love love LOVE this recipe!!!
