Sometimes you’re in a hurry and you just want something that’s simple, tasty, and familiar. This salad is all of these, with a kick of spice! If you’ve made some delicious meals and you totally forgot to make a side, fear not, this can be whipped up in under 3 minutes.
It’s one of my favorite salads, very simple but still holds a lot of flavors. It goes well with almost any dish, but I do enjoy pairing it with chicken or even eating it as a snack.
Yields 2 total servings
- 6 cups spinach
- ¼ cup ranch dressing
- 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1. In a large mixing bowl, measure out 6 Cup of Spinach.
2. Add 1/4 Cup Ranch Dressing and mix it into the spinach. Then, add 3 Tbsp. Parmesan Cheese and 1 tsp. Red Pepper Flakes. Mix well again.
3. Serve as a side salad.
