Mac Sauce:

  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons low-carb ketchup

2. Season the beef with salt and pepper to taste and very roughly mix together. Divide the beef into 2 patties per serving, forming into balls. Set aside.

Optionally, you can spread yellow mustard around the meatballs to form an even crunchier crust.

3. Heat a pan on high heat. Once the pan is very hot, place the balls of meat into the pan. As you place each ball into the pan, use a spatula to smash the patties down until 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick. Repeat with the balls without overcrowding the pan. If needed, cook in batches.
