Perfection! I cut this recipe down to make a two serving amount. What a mistake! Okay, I’m making it again tomorrow so I can have more AND leftovers. It is the perfect flavor profile. Absolutely delicious. I could even see taking this to a pot-luck or serving as a side for Easter. It would go great with a simple meat like ham and would allow me something so delicious to enjoy for the holiday. Thank you for sharing!
Glad you loved it, Caren! Thanks for your awesome feedback 🙂
I don’t eat enough salad, or cabbage, this sounds perfect! I can imagine adding raw veggies on your plate as well to compliment it. Or make it Mexican, Italian, or East Indian in flavor by adding herbs and spices.
Definitely – so many ways you can spice it up and add/edit it to fit different tastes/cuisines. I’m glad to hear you like the sound of it. If you do make it, let us know what you did and how it turns out!
Will do, I need the Heavy Cream, Unless I can use Coconut Cream?
It would change the taste some, but coconut cream does work as a heavy cream replacement. Just make sure it all fits into your macros with the coconut cream since it does have a few more carbs.
