Satisfy your sweet cravings effortlessly with this Easy 3-Ingredient Keto Jello—a refreshing, sugar-free treat that’s both fun and family-friendly. Made with just unflavored gelatin, hot and cold water, and your favorite sugar-free drink mix, this homemade jello delivers the classic wobbly texture without any of the carbs. It’s a quick, customizable dessert that fits seamlessly into a low-carb or ketogenic lifestyle, offering just about zero net carbs per serving. Perfect for make-ahead snacking or a light after-dinner indulgence, this jello sets beautifully in the fridge and can be tailored to any flavor you love—from berry to citrus and beyond. Whether you’re prepping for a holiday or simply want a nostalgic, guilt-free treat, this keto jello is as easy to make as it is to enjoy.

Make sure to double-check the ingredient list on the sugar-free drink mix you are using. Try to find one using stevia, if possible, as it will have fewer carbs. Popular brands like Crystal Light will use maltodextrin, which does have some added carbs. SweetLeaf, Stur, Spruce, and many other brands will have lower carbs compared to Crystal Light. Though you can use pretty much any as long as it fits within your macros – the carb counts should still be quite low.

Yields 2 servings of Easy 3-Ingredient Keto Jello

The Preparation

  • 1 cup water, cold
  • 3-4 tablespoon gelatin powder
  • 1 cup water, hot
  • 1-2 tablespoon sugar free drink mix powder

The Execution

1. Gather and prep all of your ingredients.

2. Add cold water into a bowl and sprinkle the gelatin over the top. Let sit for 5 minutes to bloom. Use 3 tablespoons gelatin for a softer jello, or 4 tablespoons for a firmer jello.

3. Once bloomed, pour the hot water over the bloomed gelatin. Whisk until well combined.

4. Add in the sugar free drink mix powder. I used about 1 1/2 tablespoons but depending on how strong the flavor is you may need to adjust between 1 and 2 tablespoons.

5. Whisk the drink mix into the jello well.

6. Pour the mixture into a glass container and refrigerate until firm. About 2-4 hours, depending on the container.

7. Once firm, cut jello into desired shapes and serve as needed. Enjoy!
