Add cold water into a bowl and sprinkle the gelatin over the top. Let sit for 5 minutes to bloom. Use 3 tablespoons gelatin for a softer jello, or 4 tablespoons for a firmer jello.
Once bloomed, pour the hot water over the bloomed gelatin. Whisk until well combined.
Add in the sugar free drink mix powder. I used about 1 1/2 tablespoons but depending on how strong the flavor is you may need to adjust between 1 and 2 tablespoons.
Whisk the drink mix into the jello well.
Pour the mixture into a glass container and refrigerate until firm. About 2-4 hours, depending on the container.
Once firm, cut jello into desired shapes and serve as needed. Enjoy!
