This is a great condiment to have on hand when seafood is on the menu. The richness of the homemade ketchup I use takes the flavor level up another notch. My favorite kind of recipe: quick and easy!
Makes 1 ½ cups (24 tablespoons) Keto-Style Cocktail Sauce
The Preparation
- 1 cup low-carb ketchup
- 1/3 cup prepared horseradish
- 1/2 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce, like Frank's
The Execution
1. Put all ingredients into emulsion blender container.*
2. Place blender into container until bottom of blender is on the bottom of the container.
3. Blend until well combined, moving blender up and down approximately 30-60 seconds.
4. Serve with seafood and enjoy!
*If you don’t have an emulsion blender, you can combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until well blended.
This makes a total of 24 servings of Cocktail Sauce Keto-Style. Each serving comes out to be 8 calories, 0g fats, 1g net carbs, and 0.1g protein.
