Keto Air Fryer Salmon & Broccoli Bites

These salmon bites are fantastic – with just a handful of ingredients and minimal prep time, you can create a delicious and nutritious meal for any night of the week! Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, these bites are bursting with flavor. With the convenience of the air fryer and ability to prep ahead, this makes a super convenient and fast meal with minimal cleanup.

While the salmon has more of a southwestern style seasoning on it, you can mix the seasoning up and use whatever you want. If you prefer Asian flavors, use garlic, ginger, and chili paste. If you prefer Mediterranean, you can use lemon zest, cilantro, basil, and a touch of balsamic. Mix and match the veggies to fit your cravings – just remember to adjust cook time where needed.

Yields 1 serving of Keto Air Fryer Salmon & Broccoli Bites

The Preparation

  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
  • 6 ounces salmon
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce, or coconut aminos
  • 4 ounces broccoli, cut into florets

The Execution

1. Gather and prep all of your ingredients.

2. Combine dry spices in a bowl and mix together.

3. Slice the salmon into bite-size chunks.

4. Add the salmon, spice mixture, soy sauce, and half of the olive oil into a bag and marinade salmon for at least 30 minutes, but preferably overnight.

5. Once ready to cook, toss the broccoli florets in the remaining olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Place into the air fryer and cook for 400F for 5-6 minutes.

6. Stir the broccoli, then add in the salmon chunks and continue to cook for an additional 6-7 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through.
