Fat bombs are a simple way to get more fat into your macros, either as a side dish, a snack, or a meal in itself. I’ve never had much of a sweet tooth, so I tend to lean toward savory food and flavors. Combining the flavors of pizza into a super easy to make and filling fat bomb was something that I just had to do. Everyone loves pizza, after all!
These savory fat bombs are super rich, decadent, and velvety in the mouth. They’re extremely easy to eat and they’re just plain delicious. Plus, they make for really cute appetizers if you’re serving them to multiple people. Stick a slice of pepperoni underneath, top with a leaf of basil, stick a tooth pick through, and throw a slice of olive on top.
I use Classico brand for the Sun Dried Tomato Pesto. If you can’t find it in your local grocer, you can buy it on Amazon here.

I wonder if you could warm/fry these some how? Freeze them, coat them in a parm/pork rind crust?
So many ideas!
These are okay… I guess I’m not used to having cream cheese in non-sweet food. I do know that these have a bit more kick if you add Kalamata olives and some shredded Parmesan cheese.
I also added diced jalapeno to it. Kicks it up a notch!
I’m a little confused, is 1 ball, 1 serving? Your fat fast calls to eat 2 of these as a meal then?
Serving sizes are per your personal macros. Eat as many as you want to fit to your macros.
Great recipe!
Wonder how they might taste with a little pesto and parmigiana mixed in there…maybe some toasted pine nuts for crunch…
Is drinking iced tea in addition to water acceptable during the fat fast?
Yes, it is. Just do not add any calories to the iced tea. Drinking it as is with nothing else added is best.
So if I eat them all at one seating, it;s like 700 calories? I need to find something I want to eat a lot of when I get the munchies…
