One Pan Pork Chops with Green Beans & Gravy

Making pork chops doesn’t have to be hard! This dish makes it easy by keeping it all in one pan and saving time without compromising the taste. It’s also low-carb and keto-friendly with a good mix of protein, fat, and vegetables.

Pork chops provide more benefits than just tasting amazing. Pork is a favored protein and meat option for those on the keto diet as it is an excellent source of protein and iron. It also contains abundant amounts of vitamins B6 and B12, essential for energy production and brain function.

The Preparation

  • 16 ounce boneless pork chops
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 2 teaspoon fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoon fresh rosemary, minced
  • 4 tablespoon heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 16 ounce green beans
  • 2 teaspoon fresh garlic, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock
  • Salt and pepper to taste

The Execution

1. Measure out and prepare all of the ingredients.

2. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper to taste.

3. Over medium heat, add butter to a pan. Cook the pork chops on the stove for about 8 – 10 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 165F. Remove pork chops from pan and keep warm.

4. Add the minced garlic and minced rosemary to the pan and fry until fragrant. Mix well.

5. Turn off the stove and stir in the heavy whipping cream. Once it starts to get a gravy texture, remove from pan and set in a bowl.

6. Turn the stove back on medium heat. Add the olive oil to the pan along with the green beans, thinly sliced garlic, and chicken stock.

7. Stir well to combine. Let this cook for about 10 minutes with the lid on. Remove lid and cook for another 5 or so minutes.

8. Plate the pork chops and green beans. Drizzle with the gravy. Enjoy!
