- 4 tbsp. Parmesan Cheese grated
- 2 large Eggs beaten
- ½ tsp. Ground Nutmeg
- ½ tsp. Ginger
- ½ tsp. Cardamom
- Zest of 1/2 Lemon
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
