Preheat your oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease the inside of a bread loaf pan. Dice up the bacon and fry until crispy, if needed.
Whisk the almond flour and baking powder together.
In a smaller bowl, whisk the sour cream and eggs together.
Mix the wet and dry ingredients.
Mix in the butter, then fold in the bacon and cheddar cheese.
