Ingredients
  

  • 3 tablespoon butter
  • 1 ½ cup cheddar cheese
  • 7 cup spinach
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon all-purpose seasoning such as Mrs. Dash
  • 3 tablespoon heavy whipping cream

Instructions
 

  • Melt the butter in a pan over medium-low heat.

  • Shred the cheddar cheese as the butter mets.

  • Once the butter has melted, add the spinach to the pan. Next, add the seasonings: salt, pepper, and Mrs. Dash Table Blend.

  • Allow the spinach to wilt, then add in the shredded cheddar cheese and heavy cream.

  • Mix everything well until the cheese melts down and the sauce is smooth.
