Preheat oven to 375F. In a large mixing bowl add the cream cheese, parmesan, eggs, pepper, and garlic.
Using a hand mixer, combine until smooth.
Grease a baking pan. DON'T FORGET TO DO THIS! (I accidentally put my crust batter in the pan before spraying and had to scrape it all out, spray it, and put it back in again — not fun!). Spread the mixture in the pan, making it as even as possible.
Heat up a pan on the stovetop and add in the ground beef and chorizo.
Let these cook down for a little bit, stirring occasionally.
Add the cumin, basil, turmeric, salt and pepper, and a bit of Italian seasoning.
Let it cook down more, stirring occasionally, and set aside once done.
Place the pizza crust in the oven and bake for 12–15 minutes. You should see the top holding together, with the sides pulling away from the pan.
Let cool for about 10 minutes. Once cooled, spread the low carb tomato sauce over all.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the top.
Place back in the oven for 10 minutes. Once the cheese has started to melt, remove and turn oven to broil. Add the meat mixture to the top of the pizza. Return to oven and broil for 3–5 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a while. The cooler it is, the more solid it will become (making it a lot easier to eat).
Slice it up and serve. Enjoy!
