Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup hot sauce like franks
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ large green cabbage sliced thin
  • 80 gram celery finely diced
  • ½ medium onion diced
  • 2 tablespoon fresh chives chopped
  • 1 cup blue cheese crumbled

Instructions
 

  • In a medium-size bowl whisk together the mayonnaise, hot sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, and salt.
  • In a large mixing bowl toss together the green cabbage, celery, white onion, half the chives, and half the blue cheese.
  • Add the dressing to the cabbage and toss together.
  • Serve the coleslaw with a drizzle of hot sauce, the remaining chives, and the blue cheese sprinkled on top.
