Instructions
Add the ice cubes to a blender. I'm using a Ninja Blender with the Mini Ninja attachment.
Add the coconut milk, blackberries, cocoa powder, liquid stevia, and xanthan gum.
Add the MCT oil.
Blend for about 1–2 minutes or until well combined.
Pour and enjoy!
