Ingredients
  

  • 3 teaspoon fresh garlic
  • 1 ½ teaspoon anchovy paste
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 ½ teaspoon dijon mustard
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Mince the garlic, or use a garlic press to save time. Add to a large bowl.
  • Add the anchovy paste, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard to the garlic and whisk together.
  • Add the mayonnaise to the bowl and whisk until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve over Caesar salad with freshly shaved parmesan!
