Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • ½ cup vital wheat gluten
  • ¾ cup allulose
  • ½ cup butter room temperature
  • 2 large egg
  • 1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 ounce low-carb dark chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt as needed

Instructions
 

  • Gather and prep all of your ingredients. Pre-heat oven to 375F.
  • Chop the chocolate into chunks and set aside.
  • Combine all of the dry ingredients into a bowl and lightly mix.
  • Combine all wet ingredients together by whisking butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  • Slowly add the dry ingredients into the wet and mix to combine.
  • Fold the chocolate chips into the batter.
  • On a parchment lined baking sheet, scoop the batter and form into mounds. Top with salt as desired. Bake for 12-13 minutes or until golden around the edges.
  • Allow to cool and enjoy!
