  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 3 cup broccoli florets
  • 3 cup cauliflower florets
  • 1 tablespoon erythritol
  • ½ medium red onion chopped
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 8 slice cooked bacon crumbled
  • ½ cup pecans pieces

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl whisk together the mayonnaise, erythritol, and apple cider vinegar.
