Chaffles
- 2 ounce mozzarella cheese
- 2 large egg
- 140 gram red cabbage shredded
- 1 teaspoon fresh garlic minced
- 1 medium green onion for garnish
- salt and pepper to taste
Sauce
- 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
- ¼ teaspoon dijon mustard
- ¼ teaspoon soy sauce
- ¼ teaspoon erythritol
- 1 teaspoon furikake for garnish
