1  medium  celery stalk  chopped ½  small  red onion  diced 8  ounce  canned sardines in olive oil  drained 2  tablespoon  mayonnaise ¼  medium  lemon  juice and zest ½  teaspoon  dried dill salt and pepper  to taste 1  medium  cucumber  thinly sliced Gather and prep all of your ingredients.
