  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • ¾ cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ medium avocado peeled + pitted
  • 23 gram pea protein
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds shelled

Instructions
