- 2 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon ground ginger
- ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ½ teaspoon ground allspice
- ¼ teaspoon cardamom
This recipe can be made with powdered or whole cloves. If using whole cloves, use a spice grinder to grind them into a powder, then measure.
Add all of the spices to a small bowl.
