  • cup coconut flour
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 large egg
  • 5 tablespoon butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon green onion chopped
  • 6 ounce sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoon butter melted

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Mix together the coconut flour, baking powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. In a separate bowl whisk together the eggs and butter.
  • Mix the eggs and butter with the dry ingredients, ensuring there are no lumps.
  • Fold in the cheese and green onion.
  • Drop spoons of the batter onto a greased cookie sheet.
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until slightly browned.
  • Brush melted butter over the top when removing from the oven.
